Michael Glovaski
Founder/Creative Director
It began at Deutsch Advertising New York when Michael Glovaski worked on the iconic launch of IKEA in America as one of famed adman Donny Deutsch’s team creative. During his three-year tenure there as Art Director, Michael learned from the best in the advertising business working on multi-million dollar campaigns for fashion labels as Louis Vuitton, Swatch, British Knights and “People First” Presidential Campaign for Clinton/Gore.

His next step in Manhattan was Creative Director at Euro RSCG/Havas Worldwide where he had a string of successful campaigns for name brands Philips Electronics, Lean Cuisine, Coppertone, Dr.Scholl’s, Ambien, Claritin and Subway.

Between 2003 and 2006 Michael Glovaski was the Worldwide Creative Director Responsible for Samsung’s Global Brand. Michael led the creative team that developed brand strategy and development for the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece. and the Samsung NFL Partnership featuring four legendary NFL quarterbacks — Dan Marino, Troy Aikman, Steve Young and Boomer Esiason and Samsung’s award winning “Chairman” advertising campaign. The highlight of Michael's achievements in 2005 was helping Samsung reach 79.6 billion in global sales.

In 2006 Michael developed an integrated mobile phone advertising and branding campaign that boosted Samsung's mobile phones sales to a new record of 118 million dollars.

Over the years, you might have seen Michael’s award-winning commercials on TV at intermissions during the Super Bowl or the Olympics in Athens-campaigns like Subway Eat Fresh, Philips Electronics “Getting Better,” Dan Marino-Samsung NFL, Samsung Olympics or Claritin “Clear.” In print, Michael’s adwork has appeared in The New York Times, Adweek, Black Book, Advertising Age, Photo District News, ADDY Awards and Creative Ad Review. In 2005, he received Wired Magazine’s prestigious Diamond Award for Best Corporate Campaign for his stellar work on Samsung.

Throughout his notable career, Michael has worked with some of the world’s greatest visionaries - Annie Leibowitz, Albert Watson, Guzman, Walter Chin, Tarsem, Gerard de Thame and Jerry Bruckheimer.

In 2013 Michael launched, Glo Creative, a young, innovative advertising & marketing agency in Miami’s downtown creative district. With an enviable roster of international luxe brands from Bugatchi, Azimut Yachts, Christopher Designs, Replete Cosmetics, Alcora, Monat Global to HR Pharmaceuticals.

Joe Korff
Born and raised in Schenectady, New York, Joe was educated at Lehigh University. His aptitude for production led him to a successful career in business, holding positions as president of various prestigious companies, including Admirals Group, as well as PowerBore Sleeves, a manufacturer of cylinder liners for performance and diesel engines. In addition to PowerBore, he also held the title of president at Quaker City Castings, an ISO registered producer of steel, stainless steel, iron, alloyed iron, and ductile castings.

Joe’s most recent endeavors have taken him toward new technology. He is president of Angelbook, a unique e-commerce platform that utilizes solar power in off-site camera technology. Most recently, it was Glo Creative’s proficiency in e-commerce and 360° marketing that piqued Joe’s interest. He saw potential in the agency to become leaders in the field.

When not racking up outstanding titles and achievements, Joe’s other interests include boating, traveling, and auto racing. He is pleased to join Glo Creative as advisor and Chairman of the Board.

Amanda Thornton
Marketing Manager
As Glo Creative’s marketing lead, Amanda uses her marketing expertise to create creative, integrated marketing campaigns. Her experience spans from Miami to Dubai and Australia.

Amanda’s strengths lie in her ability to conceive and implement strategic marketing plans to identify new market opportunities, initiate product and service introductions, and negotiate strategic partnerships to drive market expansion and revenue growth.

A marketing and communications professional with over ten years client-side experience in a broad spectrum of industries. These domains include consumer products, non-profit, entertainment, media, retail, travel and hospitality. Amanda in her role of Marketing Director launched Night Owl Management into the Dubai marketplace with four highly successful entertainment and restaurant venues.

Amanda, originally from Australia holds a Bachelor Degree from Queensland University of Technology Australia.

Gabriele Sheldon
Marketing & PR
Gabriele is a dynamic public relations professional with proven expertise in leveraging social media, coordinating events and acting as a publicist to enhance a brand and grow business.She is uniquely qualified to lay the foundation of strong public relations and organic marketing campaigns given her time as an account coordinator at Oberhausen Marketing + PR, where she helped spearhead public relations efforts of several hospitality brands and new restaurant openings, and as the social media coordinator for Aventura Magazine, where she quickly expanded the magazine's internet presence, developed partnerships with top fashion brands including Rene Ruiz, and orchestrated the grand opening event for the Aventura ParkSquare real estate development project. In her spare time, Gabriele uses her social media savvy to share her beloved Miami-Dade County Animal Services rescue cat, Mr. Bigglesworth, with the world through social media, @thehangrycat. Gabriele is a graduate of Florida International University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications degree. In addition to studying as a full time student, she interned throughout her time at FIU for Ocean Drive Magazine's Marketing/Events department, Kreps De Maria and Carma PR. Gabriele believes strategic public relations and marketing efforts pave the pathway to a brand's success - she is passionate about having a hand in making someone's vision a reality.

Katelyn Gimbel
Public Relations Manager
Katelyn brings a diverse array of experience in public and media relations, event production and experiential marketing. She began her career with Shirley & Banister Public Affairs, based just outside of Washington, DC, working with some of the most notable political strategists, politicians and authors. There she handled book tours, press conferences and national media outreach.

She went on to gain experience in hospitality PR and experiential marketing working for Linda Roth Associates, L2 Lounge, The GI Film Festival and RedPeg Marketing.

Katelyn has produced some of the most highly publicized charity events in Washington such as “Chance for Life,” an annual charity poker tournament and “The Funniest Celebrity in Washington Contest,” an annual amateur comedy show involving DC celebrities raising money for well-respected non-profits.

Alina Guerrero
Design Director
Alina has over seven years of graphic design experience, complementing her formal training at Cuba’s Higher Institute of Design. Experienced in managing projects from inception through production to final delivery, Alina has worked with a variety of companies in the software and technology industries to the engineering and biotechnology industries. An expert in print and web design, Alina has deep knowledge in creating identity brands, logo designs and motion design. Always attentive to the evolving world of design, Alina stays on the edge of the newest design and advertising trends for her clients.

Tony Mangurian
Once in a while in marketing, we’re lucky enough to meet a true artist, someone who brings talent and training together to create real emotional power for our brands. Tony Mangurian is such an artist, and Glo Creative have been working with Tony for years. You can recognize Tony’s music in the Cover Girl, Ashley, Toyota and Garnier TV commercials. A native New Yorker, Tony’s education reads like a VH1 documentary: He studied at New York’s famous Music and Art High School (of "Fame" fame), then the New England Conservatory. At the urging of Phillip Glass, he studied composition at Mannes School of Music, while working as an assistant to the artist Jean Michel Basquiat. In the years since, Tony has worked with pop music legends such as top producer Daniel Lanois, U2, Sinead O'Connor, Dido, Sheryl Crow, Patti Scialfa and Johnny Lang; with his most recent work including production on U2's last record "No Line On The Horizon", mixing half of Devendra Banhart’s "What Will Be", digital production on Neil Young's"Le Noise" (Winner of a Grammy for best rock song 2011), and producing records for LA artists Sextooth.

Wagner Previato
Wagner has18 years of professional experience in marketing and advertising. His background includes brand positioning and strategy development, marketing plan development and implementation, account management, website development/SEO, global market experience, integrated marketing, campaign creation and development, digital marketing, P&L responsibility, fundraising and membership development. Wagner managed the national MCI creative account and General Motors creative and media accounts for the Latin America, Africa and Middle East regions. While finishing his MBA, Wagner was recruited to lead the marketing and membership departments of the NPR and PBS stations in South Florida. Wagner’s partnership with Michael Glovaski started in New York City in the mid 90’s and continues to this day. Together they bring a new perspective and direction to brands that value the power and clarity of data with the purpose and beauty of creativity.

Peter is a veteran of the gourmet and specialty food industry, having spent over a decade designing and developing websites for new and existing food companies (as well as companies in all other industries from automotive to healthcare and beyond). His expertise lies in web design and programming, ecommerce, training and technical support, email blast development, and product photography.

Jimmy Price
Jimmy Price has 15 years of experience producing for TV, Film and Commercials. Experience coming from years as a Unit Production Manger and Line Producer has rooted Jimmy with skills in Development, Budgeting and Production. He has produced several special units for ABC Family TV shows "Jane By Design" and "Twisted". He has managed VFX units for Oliver stone and Produced several films including soon to be released "Eden" about 1990's French electronic music scene.

Jimmy has supervised on-location commercial shoots for "Under Armor", "Coke Zero", "Samsung", "Nokia", "Breyers", "Bank Of America", "Calvin Klein", ‘Lexus", and "Pfizer".

In 2013 worked on Canon Project Imagination with Executive Producer Ron Howard and Director Jamie Foxx. Jimmy continues to work in Development and Production with Forensic Films where he has been working closely with Robin O’Hara and Scott Macalauy of “Filmmaker Magazine” finding scripts and Directors.
